”I honestly have been disappointed the last few times I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are getting smaller or maybe my kids are just getting big. But the room smelled like stinky feet. The bed had lit all over. The door on the bathroom was broke my mom got locked in. The swimming pool was kinda dirty this go round! The pool closed early for some reason that is generally why we picked the Embassy. But the breakfast was really good. ”

”I was told I could get a refund through my 3rd party and they declined it, toilet didn't flush and dirty bed sheets. I didn't even stay I drive home.”

”The property cancelled my reservation without even notifying me! I had to stay with friends due to not being able to book another hotel in the area because of high demand.”

”This is a wonderful hotel. The double bed suite was clean and fresh smelling. The lobby staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was space kept very clean and the food was fresh. The pool looked clean. Parking was easy. We will be staying again this summer.”

”Staff was fine. Elevators were terrible. Felt like they were going to break as soon as you got on them. Doors wouldn't open for like a minute each time. Room was subpar. Floors were sticky. There's no fan in the bathroom. The shower had a weird shower head which got the floors soaked. The ceiling was peeling from condensation. Terrible shower experience. For the price, this did not meet my expectations and I don't plan to return. ”

”We arrived Friday, March 13 and checked in around 3:00 pm. The power went out around 4:15 pm and when we left the property at 10:30 pm the power was still out. The manager (John) said that everyone would receive a complimentary stay because of the power outage. As of Saturday at 10:00 pm I still had not received a credit to my credit card. ”

”Nice, but they make you pay extra for EVERYTHING. $300 a night could include some complimentary coffee and water…. not to mention there was a homeless man masterbating in the lobby restroom”

”The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

”The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio...

”Our room was not as clean as expected in the sense that the duvet covers had stains, there was what appeared to be dog hair on the kitchenette shelf, and there was half used bottles of lotion in the shower and on the bathroom counter. The furniture was ok except for a decorative bench that was falling apart. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was closed. I wish when you booked they would have to tell you if any of the offered amenities were closed. ”
