”The staff was great but I wish they told us prior to check in that the pool was freezing cold and despite other reviews the bed was like a 3 out of 5 and the eggs at breakfast were horrible and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Honestly I was expecting better from the Hyatt, would not stay again. ”

”The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!”

”When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. ”

”The power was out at the hotel, but the front desk manager did an amazing job getting our group and another group into our rooms. He was running all over the hotel making sure rooms were vacant and clean then letting us into the rooms with his master key. That guy deserves a raise or a bonus! I can't really comment on the cleanliness, amentities or anything else because we couldn't see anything without a flashlight, but it seemed like a well kept hotel. ”

”Stayed in a King Suite non smoking.. the bed and pillows were comfortable… the room was clean and well appointed. The kitchen stocked with everything you could need for basic cooking. Would have only asked that bottled water was stocked in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly from the moment I checked in until the moment I left! ”

”No breakfast, no coffee absolutely no apologies from any of the staff for the inconvenience desk girl just sat at counter playing on her phone. exhaust fan did not work in bathroom. Lobby area was dirty ”

”The hot tub is non existent. This detail was not in the Expedia listing nor on the hotels website. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and obvious water damage in the room. Exterior and lobby looked nice enough but the rooms left plenty to be desired. ”

”The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

”I mostly booked this hotel because I heard it had free Tesla chargers. It did have two Tesla chargers and then also two other EV chargers. They worked fine they are all the way around the back of the building so you really have to kind of look for them. ”

”The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel...
