”The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!”

”I was honestly not impressed with my stay. The customer service and amenities were just okay, nothing particularly stood out. What did stand out, though, was how unaccommodating the front desk staff was. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, there was no flexibility at all. ”The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. ”

”Room price reflected no breakfast/coffee etc. All i wanted was a hot bath after a long work day and they put me in a handicap room with a shower chair, lol. The desk vlerk needs to know not to announce the room number (write it down) for a female traveling alone for safety reasons. This hotel was 9k for the price, but definitely needs some upgrades.”

”Stayed in a King Suite non smoking.. the bed and pillows were comfortable… the room was clean and well appointed. The kitchen stocked with everything you could need for basic cooking. ”When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. ”
