”Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place.”

”2 king beds, well equipped kitchen. It’s a duplex but quiet— we couldn’t hear neighbors in the unit next door. We walked to the Evans town Center Park (20 min) for the fireworks display and it was great!”

”House itself was very suitable for what we needed it for. Things were very nice inside and you can tell that it was freshly redone. The house wasn’t in the best part of town and we did have people getting loud outside at points of the night, which was the only complaint that I wish I would have known going in. Overall, it was a good experience though.”

The residence was extremely clean and well taken care of. Jeff was super responsive for any and all questions in a timely manner. The home is centrally located between a...
