”This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp...

Didn't even spend a full day there but in the evening when I got back I took a shower and I didn't notice because of the shower curtain that they had resurfaced the bathtub at some very past point and it surely needs to be done again or replaced the caulking and all was bad on it. ”Small, but perfect for 2 people. Easy to find. Parking lots are just around the corner and easy to book online with SpotHero; easier than street parking and moving every few hours. Walking to the harbor and ball parks super easy.Plenty of eateries just blocks away.”

”The place was clean and check in was seamless. It is a very basic, no frills apartment. The kitchen has very basic items. Not very conducive for cooking much. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone needing a place to sleep but not too hang out in.”

”The property was where I needed it to be. It looked fantastic on the listing, but it did not present as was shown. I specifically booked a property with a kitchen, expecting basic kitchen amenities. There were no bowls, there weren’t even coffee cups. It would have been nice to have a toaster, I think that the ability to make a basic breakfast is something a host should anticipate. David, the host was good about getting back to us. But we shouldn’t have had to ask questions regarding the remote...

”Two things I would say first, whoever installed the toilet paper holders, installed them upside down and when you try to unroll The paper it would fall off of the holder. Secondly, if you could put darker shades on the windows to block out the light. Other than that, it was a perfect trip.”

”The property had a very strong cat box odor . After 2 days we could no longer tolerate the smell. We had to vacate the property 4 days early. We notified the property manager that we had to cut our stay short and requested a refund for unused nights. We have not heard anything back.”

”Let’s just say I don’t have the time to list all that was wrong with this place; from the location to the dead squished bug on the bedroom wall, rusty and burned pots to cook in , I had to purchase a fan because the only air conditioner in the bedroom was useless and didn’t cool the room ( temps were in the 90’s) the refrigerator did not close all the way (rubber was off at the bottom) had to put things in the freezer to keep cold.
