”The toilet in our room did not work properly. It was clogged and did not flush properly. The staff member at the reception desk gave us a plunger to use. It did not clear the problem. The air conditioning unit in the room did not cool the room satisfactorily.”

”Loved it! The only suggestions we have are to get a more comfortable couch and to put grippies on the stairs leading up to the bedroom (they were a little slippery while wearing socks). The whole place was very clean and well equipped. The scenery could not be beat! ”

We did have an issue getting stuck / sliding down the driveway due to ice and snow. Luke replied right away and had someone come plow and bring salt.
