"The pool is cold cold cold, no clean towels and no lights. The food is also cold, no salt the entire time I was there. The room was so musty/moldy it stunk. The carpets seemed wet. The hallways/stairways smell like an old persons house. Do not recommend. Already cancelled my upcoming stay in October ..."

"The room was updated and clean. The building itself was dated but the rooms were great for a night or two. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Only critique is the front desk clerk was not friendly, but that’s not the hotels fault."

"This is our second time staying in the Beals building. It is always great. Everything is walkable. We also had a designated parking spot that was about a block away and worked great for us. The room had everything we needed including snacks, Great place to stay and we would stay here again."
