"The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "

"My worst experience ever in a hotel considering the price. Staff graving for tips everywhere all the time. Unpolite service. Dont come in here. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip in NY and MA and this was the most expensive and worst."

"Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)"

"Siisti ja yksinkertainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Soveltui hyvin kaverimatkalle. Hinta/laatusuhde hyvä. Muistutti laivanhyttiä, mutta kylpyhuone hieman tilavampi ja parempi."

"Huone oli siivottu vähän huonosti. Sängyn alta löytyi jonkun käytetty kasvomaski, kertakäyttö lusikka ja hammasväliharja sekä pölyä. Hyvä pieni huone keskeisellä paikalla. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet kävellen, metrolla ja bussilla. Alakerrassa hyvä aamiaispaikka sekä ravintola. Ulkoa tuleva melu on ajottain kovaa. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta."
