”Perfect place for our family, and just what we needed. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had a query. Excellent location, right in the middle of the town. We shall return!”

”We enjoyed staying at Lyndale House. The house was very clean and we all loved having our own room with ensuite.The beds were really comfortable. There was a very well equiped kitchen with many basic ingredients provided. The house was really well located at the bottom of the Main Street. The only negative for us was having no where outside, at the house, to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. This would not be an issue if the weather had not been so good!”

”Lovely, well thought out barn conversion So cosy and comfortable, yet with plenty of space for everyone. Immaculately clean and with all you woukd ever use in the kitchen. Two lovely ensuite doyble bedrooms. The garden was secure so my little dog coukd not wander off. Great central location. We visited Scarborough, Robin Hood Bay, Kiplin Hall and James Herriot World. Pub down the road serves lovely food. Also, the owner Grayham met us to show us to the property and kindly made our garden sevure...

”We had a lovely time staying here. The property is very clean, nicely decorated and thoroughly equipped. The owner communicated everything clearly to us and was very helpful. The house is well located for visiting Harrogate. We walked down into town through the picturesque Valley Gardens (20-30 minute walk) and got a bus back. The bus stop is at the end of the road, as is a friendly pub. We were able to park on the road outside the property. I highly recommend staying here.”

”Fabulous stay, the property has a beautiful view from the raised decking. There is everything provided for a stress free break. We stayed as a couple and only used the accommodation upstairs,I would not have used the downstairs bedroom accessed through the garage. Friendly cows in the adjacent field. A great base to enjoy North Yorkshire.”

”My elderly father and I had a wonderful few days here. Everything was so easy being in the village, we never cooked as there are lots of options for eating out or takeaway. Local dog walks were super and the enclosed courtyard meant we were never worried about the dog. Hosts were easy to contact and replied quickly to questions. Would happily recommend this lovely cottage and delightful village.”

”Location was perfect as was a short walk into Pateley Bridge and to the start of the Action Challenge walking event. Good space, though the stairway felt a little dark (not ideal for elderly parents but fine for everyone else!). Beds were super comfy and there wasn't any outside light coming in during night.”

Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property.
