”We stayed for 3 nights to explore Skipton and the Dales. The hotel is situated a distance from Skipton centre. It is a pleasant half hour walk along the canal towpath into town or a 5 min drive. The hotel is large, with carpark and with various room styles. It fronts onto a busy road so best to ask for a back facing room with a window view. Our room was on the 5th floor up in the eaves, with a velux window, no view, and was very tired and outdated especially the 90s style, grey bathroom....
