”Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended. ”

”Didn’t get to check in. Had our apartment changed last minute and address given was not as described. Contacted the host and had no reply. Had no refund in over a week as well as just being ignored”

”In the room, they serve free water cans, right next to paid ones. I accidentally drank one, and realised my mistake. They charged me £8.5 for a bottle of water, when you can have as much free water as you like. It is set up to trick customers. I asked for the minibar to be removed. They have glued the minibar inc. expensive water and snacks onto the desk, and wanted £25 to remove the mini-bar. I explained my religious reasons for the removal, and they agreed to take the alcohol out for free....

”The rooms were quiet, comfortable and spacious. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast was well-prepared and good value for money. There was ample parking and Wembley Stadium was just a £35 Uber away. The hotel exuded a classy and historic feel.”

”We've stayed here before and will do again. It is not fancy but it has parking and a restaurant on site, and is only 40mins or so into London on the tube. Amenities are basic and it looks like they're steadily working through improvements so some rooms are a little nicer/newer than others. Wifi is hit and miss so don't rely on it being great if you need good a good connection. Baths do come with a mat but be aware they are not good quality, so be extra careful getting in and out.”
