”Mandy rang us to ask what time we would expect to be there on the day, then met us as we parked up. Mandy was very friendly and warm. There were fresh cakes and coffee/tea when you are in the reception, you help yourself. Everything was spotless. The room was amazing, under floor heating in the bathroom was a treat.
