”We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. ”

”Another lovely stay at this property. Was exactly as our first visit last year. It's a great property, clean and well equipped. Any questions were answered by Ray & Julie. Love the pool, which is great to use after a day of exploring the local area. We had a fab time here.”

”So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!”

”Chime Cottage was absolutely charming! It had everything we needed—cozy, cute, and perfectly functional. The space was thoughtfully designed and felt like a true home away from home. ”The host never got in touch with us. We was out hiking in the Peak District and was on edge as the host wasn’t replying to us. Calling kept going to voicemail. We raised this issue with customer support however they couldn’t get in touch either so they had to cancel our booking and refund us. So we had to drive home after waiting outside of the property and spend even more money on fuel also. Absolutely shocking. Hopefully this host is removed from the site for wasting our time.
