”Beautiful location. Private and quiet. GREAT location and cabin for getting away and enjoying nature and the scenery. Hot tub under the stars was a bonus. Cabin was well appointed and very comfortable. ”

”Hosts were above and beyond in their communication with us. Having rented through VRBO a number of times over the years we can say that this house was stocked like nothing we have experienced before. The house was so clean. We love the FairPlay area, got to experience Burro Days and just enjoy the quietness of the mountains! It was just what the family needed. One note: the driveway is a real challenge and the altitude is definitely something you need to adapt to….. but worth the climb!”

”This is an old hotel (1930s) in the mountain town of Fairplay Colorado. Quaint, a little rustic, but our stay (1 night) was quite pleasant. Everything worked fine and the breakfast (an additional $15) was delicious - fresh fruit, a choice of freshly cooked egg dishes, meats and pastry. In a throwback to an earlier time, no TVs in the rooms (no hardship for us). Staff are delightful. We will stay there when we pass that way again ”
