Escape to this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on beautiful Lake Hartwell, perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway. The home sits on deep water (around 20 ft year-round) and features a private dock with space to park your boat. (Please note: there is a boat on the dock—do not touch; it is not included.)

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen, another bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds, and a twin rollaway in the laundry area can easily be pulled into the living room for extra sleeping space.

Fun is included! Enjoy yard games, cornhole, a playground, and a firepit for evenings under the stars. On the water, take advantage of 2 kayaks and life vests for a day of paddling. For boating enthusiasts, the state park with a boat ramp is just down the road (fees may apply), and Harbor Light Marina is nearby for fuel and supplies.

travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
