”Room was spacious and well maintained, staff was always helpful, doing laundry is available, there is a Market Basket store nearby (and a pharmacy across the street), and it is a 10 minutes walk to a restaurant sqare.”

”The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again.”

”Location was good, near by subway and commuter rail stops. Friendly staff and clean rooms.”

”Perfect hotel for a couple of days stay, the facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. The location was in a very convenient area as well. If there is a private event, don’t worry, the music has a hard stop at 10PM, the hotel does a good job of regulating that. The only thing that would make it better, is if it had a fridge.”

”Friendly staff at check-in, a well-stocked room off the lobby filled with complimentary candies (and to-go bags!), and charmingly-designed rooms made this a lovely stay. The location off Harvard Square made getting to and from the hotel so easy.”

”The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The shuttle service e.g. to Harvard square is handy although it does not return between 3.40-6.40 pm. Breakfast is great for American standards. Extra bed in three person room was surprisingly good. Biggest problem is the bar in the middle of atrium. If your room in by that atrium hole (ours was in 11th floor), you will hear A LOT of noice.”

”Check in was easy and pleasant. However when we checked into our room there was some dirty clothes and the floor was obviously not vacuumed. We immediately notified the front desk and they had a cleaner come up and take care of it. That was definitely disappointing for a first impression. It would have been nice to have been compensated but nothing was offered. It was in a good location and everything was easy to get to by foot. The air conditioning, tv, kitchen - all were great. Bed were too...

”They don’t say hi or hello. Seems like they have ego since it’s “Marriott.” Room was stinky and we had to open the windows to vent it out.”

”The second bedroom had no window and you had to climb across the bed to get in as there was no room either side. The bathroom is very small. It is an old building that has been renovated but noise easily travels between floors. Great location and a very well fitted out kitchen area, they made the most of the space available.”

”Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 AM when it was supposed to open. Buffet was clearly substandard and disappointing. Personnel unfriendly.”

”Friendly staff but otherwise it was pretty dirty and shady. I slept my lights and clothes on 😬”

”Erinomainen boutique-hotelli Harvardin vieressä. Hotelli ei ole Bostonin keskustassa, vaan viereisessä Cambridgen kaupungista. Metroyhteys keskustaan ja lentokentälle toimii hyvin.”

”Slightly tired but totally functional.”
