”They had a planned power outage and I was never notified. Not by email or at the front desk when checking in. There was no A/C from 11:00 pm until 5:00am in the morning. And it was hot in the room. When the power got back on, the tv just turned on, so it wake me up. The rest was fine, but I would I liked to be notified.”

”I really wanted to like this property more, it just needs some remodeling and TLC. The D was falling off the Ramada sign over the front door, the ceiling in the closet in my room was bowing in, there was a cobweb in my room, and the patio outside my room definitely needed some love.”
