”Reception staff Lisa was helpful, efficient and friendly. She informs us where to go watch the Aurora Borealis lights that evening Continental breakfast with boiled eggs, fruit, cereal etc was a good start to the day with Philip ensuring replenishment and cleanliness Downtown less than 5 minute walk from hotel”

”Pretty basic hotel, starting to show its age. Convenient place to sleep and shower.”

”Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back...

”Room was a little hot and you don’t have control over ac. It was nice to have a kitchen with a good amount of cookware. Nice location, quick walk to the grocery store or food. The pharmacy within walking distance has a 3-day bus/metro pass for $20.”

”The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request ”

”Well priced, great view, room had all amenities like microwave/fridge...heater & AC that worked really well but kept quiet most of the time. Really solid. Would've preferred it was staffed at night, but honestly keeping the price down is more important. Also liked your 'cleaning on demand only' thing. I think most people don't even want their rooms touched while they stay there.”

”Hotelli/huone oli parempi kuin odotimme, ja parvekkeelta näkyi illan ilotulituskin hyvin. Pysäköintikin onnistui, tosin osan aikaa parkkis taisi olla vähintäänkin täynnä. Meille hotellin sijainti oli sopiva, riittävän kaukana hulinasta ja vilskeestä, mutta silti ihan vieressä/lähellä. Erityisesti respan Brandonille isot plussat hyvästä palvelusta!! HUOMHUOM! Hotellissa ON myös "maanalaisia huoneita" - eli jos haluat parvekkeellisen huoneen - muista sanoa siitä jo respassa!”
