”The Hadley was a perfect stop over for my friend and I after a day in London and a show. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. ”The Hotel's location is very good. However, it is busy and can be loud at times. The check-in was a bit hard, as there is not really a front desk, as customers are required to self check in. Was unable to check in early as requested, however, staff locked up our bags. Upon returning twas unable to self checkin in. There is a buzzer, which "may" get staff to come to desk. However, I rang it and end up waiting, for awhile before staff attended. I explained, I was unable to self check in. ...

”Note that this is not normal hotel. Its rooms on upstairs of an Bub. Bed room and bathroom was where pretty okay just been renovated. Room did not have heating on when I arrived so takes a bit time to get heating on. Wifi was promised to include but it was external Wifi where you need to register and I dont do that on sudden hotels.. Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear moves on the hallway and other room discussions. There is no restaurant at the Bub(hotel) so NO dinner and no breakfast...

”Lovely location. Appears to be lovely hotel set up. TERRIBLE customer service and staff. Drove 5 hours here after a paid for booking and recited email. Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund. One girl was helpful finding me a hotel twice the price 20 minutes away. The other guy working there, had a 'tough luck attitude.' I had to call a week...

”Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small. Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!”
