”Giving this unit 5 stars mostly for location and convenience! In the middle of Newbury street walking all around Boston was a breeze as was finding nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for noise (we didn’t mind), but when you choose to stay on a busy street it’s unavoidable!”

”We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and in a good location. Only gripes we had are the water pressure in the shower is low and there was a sickening, insect spray smell coming from the room across the hall. Only smelled it in the hallway, not in the room. ”

”This property was so nice! Within walking distance of shops and dining in downtown Beverly. Very quiet, and SUPER clean. The bedrooms had window AC units, which I did not need to use. The property was compact, but large enough for me to spread out my yoga mat (a high priority for me). Two large bedrooms with VERY comfortable king-sized beds. The host was very nice and super courteous. I would definitely recommend this property!”

”ive stayed in boston a lot. this is by far my favorite location ive stayed. the north end is my favorite area of boston and this unit is RIGHT in the heart of it. it was perfect for the two of us. very clean, very comfortable, and the property manager was excellent to communicate with. i hope this is available every time i stay in the city!”

”I didn’t mind the small 15 minute walk to get the keys. The listers were very responsive and even called me once when I didn’t do the check in process to see how I was doing. The bed was hard, but the location was FABULOUS. I would defiantly stay again, but bring blankets or an air mattress for the hard bed. ”
