”Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable worst is using slated shade instead of curtains as the bright outdoor exterior lights from the hotel make it nearly impossible to sleep due to bright lights pouring into the room maybe get curtains and rearrange the room so bed isn’t next to the large window.”

”The view was amazing but I booked early to get a ground floor. There was alot of beach erosion and they moved us to a top floor. I asked if we could have the ground floor and they said no! Im handicapped so it was a problem! When the people came in Friday night and we were leaving Saturday morning they said no one asked them or they definitely would have switched with us!”
