”This was our second time staying in this condo. It is clean, updated and in a great location for us. The amenities are amazing from the beach equipment to the little soaps. ”This was the perfect spot to hang out with my family and friends, we could walk outside and straight onto the beach. The view from the bedroom and the living room every morning was perfect just the right size for me. I would definitely stay here again. I loved having an apartment for the week Instead of a small hotel room or a much larger house to take care of… It was vacation time for fun!! Would definitely stay here again hope it’s available next time I decide to come home for a visit!!”

”We loved the closeness to the ferry to Ocracoke. We were just here for a couple nights and it was super easy to hop on the ferry for a day of exploring, and then use the drive to and from Hatteras to explore that island. Super clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and nice walks around for wandering.”

”Property was wonderful! Communication with online Vacasa folks was not optimal to resolve wifi going down due to maintenance in the building below, but the property manager drove out DURING A STORM! and resolved personally. That's why the 5 stars.”

”Great clean property. Dan was super nice and had the house all ready. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and groceries. I came for work but family joined me for the weekend. Pool facilities were close by and real nice. Would recommend for sure!”

Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. ”Overall we liked the accommodations and our stay overall. My only grievance is that we were not advised in the listing that the pool would be closed. ”The Villas are located in great location on Hatteras! Directly next door to Teachs Lair Marina and Hatteras Sol Restaurant. Rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean! They are in the process of exterior renovation and based on that portion they have completed it will be super nice when complete. I will be back to Villas next time I charter a fishing trip!”
