Highly overpriced hotel. They first offered us a basement floor very small room which we declined. They said that the request about a higher floor room did not go to them via hotels.com. The staff were exceptional and made us all feel very welcome. The breakfasts and meal we enjoyed in the restaurant were first class. Lovely accommodation, spotless and view from the house is amazing. We had a great time. Amenities were excellent. Would highly recommend people to stay here. Our dog loved having the beach and water so close.
