”Aamiainen ei täsmännyt ilmoitettua hintaa. Aikuinen 55 dollaria yhdeltä ihmiseltä, lapsi 27,5 dollaria yhdeltä lapselta. Hotelli muuten hieno ja palvelu hyvä.”

”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”The room was clean and inviting with a great balcony overlooking the bay. The downstairs restaurant and bar were great! The poll could use an update and was hard to find. The coffee in the bar area in the morning was wonderful! The location was perfect for sightseeing in and around Hilo. We also enjoyed the trees on Banyon Drive.”

”Everything was wonderful except our room was placed furthest away from the main pool and bistro/breakfast. It’s very difficult for someone with disabilities to go back and forth from our room to the main area. We made our concerns known to Kai but he said there was nothing he could for us. It felt like he didn’t really make a concerted effort and just said everything was fully booked. This was on a Wednesday evening.
