”Everything was wonderful except our room was placed furthest away from the main pool and bistro/breakfast. It’s very difficult for someone with disabilities to go back and forth from our room to the main area. We made our concerns known to Kai but he said there was nothing he could for us. ”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...
