Great family suite and pools, a few service misses kept it from being perfect
We stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations at Kings’ Land in Waikoloa, Kona from March 12–18 and overall had a very good experience. The resort is beautiful, the suite was huge and spotless every day, and the pools were the highlight—clean, warm, and fun for the kids even when it rained. My children still talk about how much they loved the water slides and lazy river, and that alone made the trip...

”This is a very nice lodge with a great history. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the nature trail. My only complaint is with the people in the room beneath us as we heard them talking well past the quiet hour of 10:00 pm. As the inn has no night manager, I was required to deal with it myself by talking to them directly. Not sure if the insulation between the rooms is adequate. We did hear other neighbors as well but they respected the quiet hours. ”

”Beautiful beach! Enough lounge chairs. We used the cabanas two days. Food and drinks are good. Any issue you needed help with was immediately taken care of.
Did not like that one guest had two big Doberman dogs on property off leash. The energy was a little scary also. We turned around and didn’t use the hot tub that night. ”
