”I booked the Sea village because it was in a great location on ALII Dr. in Kona. We had a one bedroom, w/kitchen, living room, small dinette area and a beautiful lanai that looked out towards the ocean. The condo was ultra clean, and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal. A washer and dryer inside the kitchen. ”The property is beautiful, it is in the jungle. There are lots of animals, we saw tons of birds, geckos, frogs (they chirped all night), chickens, cats, and heard at least one cow every day. The room was spacious and had a fridge, a burner to cook on and a good bathroom. I made the mistake of using the washer, as it was outside and thought it was OK and had to pay 20. Otherwise it was a nice stay and the host helped us to start the rental car which was dead on our last day. I did not do the...

”Great stay, only thing to note is the house doesn’t have A/C (I don’t think a lot of the houses on the Hilo side have A/C) but we were comfortable every night with the fans blowing and doors open. We didn’t have neighbors until the last night of our stay but keep in mind this is a bottom unit of a house, so there may be neighbors above. Very clean and well maintained home.”
