”We went to once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hawaii and we chose this place. The views, pools and the wild life are amazing but; here is only one place to get breakfest (sandwich 20$!!), coffeeplaces closes at 11am (coffee 8$ and croissant 15$), places to eat are too expensive (pasta and meatballs 50$). Luckily there is marketplace near by (15min walk or shuttle bus 5$)and the rooms have small fridge. We didnt know the resortfee which was high! But I have to say that this Hilton area felt very safe and...

”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”The young lady (I think Mary) at the front desk was very helpful during the day. The gentleman in the evening was also helpful. The staff was very pleasant and our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was good but would have like some yogurt that was Greek and diabetic friendly. ”

”Staff at front desk was so very awesome especially Sister Pi’i she above and beyond we went there to celebrate my birthday Pi’i sent me a birthday card signed by the front desk employee’s wishing me a happy birthday that is so unheard of she deserves a star on her crown just love that lady made us feel like family Kings Landing is the the only place I am going to be staying when In Waikaloa best place to stay with wonderful employees like that never ever experienced something special like that...

”We enjoyed staying here. As a big cat lover I was pleased of the friendly cats they had. The only negative side was the noise which started between 7-8am on mornings. We stayed in unit number 1 so I think that the staff started their day in the room next to ours. Also a sponge for dishes in the room would be nice to have - now we had to borrow it from the kitchen. ”
