”I have an unknown charge on my card- my deposit was returned and the room was left in perfectly fine shape. I drank nothing from the mini bar. I've reached out twice to see what it is and they are not responding so I likely will have to dispute it from my bank.”

”This place is an absolute dump. I don't think it would pass for a 2-star hotel in Europe or Asia. Don't book the ocean view room, the windows will rattle to a point where it's impossible to sleep with the slightest of waves. The prices are beyond ludicrous. Spent a few nights here, expecting this to be the dream Hawaiian getaway after trekking around the island - it was the worst hotel we stayed in. We had to change rooms 3 times to get something remotely habitable... this at a $400/night...

”The location is amazing! The people are very friendly; the view and the ocean are just perfect! Sunsets are so beautiful! You have everything in one location, we were able to snorkel at the cove and we saw quite a few fish! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and Maddie was great help every day. Marimar and Vicente took care of us.”

”Shannon, the property owner, was so kind and generous to us. She offered to let us use a kitchen in another room so we could cook, and she let us know when the volcano was poppin. She also held on to a long-sleeve shirt, a pair of shorts, underwear, and a T-shirt that my husband left behind, haha. The lodge is funky and eclectic, which was perfect for us because it's unique and interesting! For example, in one of our rooms there was a fish pond! Just an FYI: the upstairs honeymoon suite does...

”We stayed here for four days. A great place to stay during your visit. It’s clean and comfortable. Will visit here again if I come to Hawaii.”

”We enjoyed staying here. As a big cat lover I was pleased of the friendly cats they had. The only negative side was the noise which started between 7-8am on mornings. We stayed in unit number 1 so I think that the staff started their day in the room next to ours. Also a sponge for dishes in the room would be nice to have - now we had to borrow it from the kitchen. ”
