Excellent service. Very clean. Only the shower curtain was dirty and needed to be changed. Great area. Polite staff and very helpful. I definitely recommend.

Great Location
The staff was like family! Such a safe feeling and great location! They recommended a restaurant for dinner and when we arrived they were waiting for us! They called ahead to let them know we were on our way!

Nice hotel in a good position. Cons: They do not give you the Key of the outdoor gate... If you come back when nobody was there you have to wain until some body opens. They should tell the guest that what was included such as breakfast.

Friendly and knowledgeable host, super staff. Amazing location in old town, within short walking distance to all sights and great restaurants just around the corner. Great breakfast. Street parking available. Though not on site, was safe enough and found a spot right in front of the entrance multiple times.

Loft was comfortable, with AC and fan options. Modern room. Nice pillows. Breakfast could be improved. Only water after breakfast available, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Got us a taxi for airport.

Haut de gamme
Plutôt un hôtel qu'une Casa. Assez haut de gamme par rapport aux logements de l'île. Pour finir notre séjour, on voulait s'offrir un petit bonus. C'est plutôt bien aménagé et de qualité. Ne pas hésiter à aller sur le toit terrasse qui offre une jolie vue le soir. A 2 pas du musée de la Révolution (en restauration au moment de notre séjour). Une rue piétonne pleine de restaurants juste en face. Quartier avec des rues en contraste, comme le reste de la Havane. En revanche, toutes les options sont relativement chères : le taxi, le petit déjeuner...

This is a really interesting Casa in Old Havana. A lot of the design is quite good and has a stunning terrace view. The staff are all excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, don't think you could buy a better one in Havana and it's included. It has wifi, which is still very rare in Havana and an added plus. It is loud around the hotel, but Havana on a whole is a loud city so be prepared if you sleep softly. Overall a great place I would highly recommend.

Great Hospitality
If you are looking for hospitality , you should definetly stay in this place, Manager Dardin is the coolest guy that i have met in havana , and also the other staff was cool, place is in the hearth of the city u can easily access everywhere on foot, thanks again to the lovely staff, u will not be disapointed ,

De accomodatie was netjes en nieuw. Het zag er keurig uit. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel gastvrij. Alleen we hebben een situatie meegemaakt waar we niet zo over te spreken waren. Wij of zij zijn de sleutels van een kamer kwijt geraakt (kunnen niet meer zo goed herinneren welke partij). En vervolgens is er op dat moment geen reservesleutel, en hebben ze ons een andere kamer gegeven. Alleen de volgende wordt er gezegd dat het ons probleem is en dat wij 100 euro voor de kamer moeten betalen, terwijl dit niet van de voren gecommunixeerd is. Uiteindelijk hebben we 50 euro achtergelaten en zjjn we vertrokken. Maar de verantwoording hiervan ligt hoe dan ook niet bij de klant!

Great location and very quiet rooms
The overall hotel was very welcoming and in the heart of the old town The owners and cleaners were very friendly and I got to understand the Cuban lifestyle and mentality very well. The area was quiet and had a well equipped room with all the necessary things Also the breakfast was very well put out and had a large selection of hams , eggs , bread , and fruits with coffee and tea and juice Overall a very enjoyable experience and of course very highly recommended
