”I had an excellent stay at the Nags Head. A nice little touch was that all the rooms are all named after towns nearby. I had to extend my stay so was given another room for the last night. Both rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the first room was a twin with what looked like a newly refurbished bathroom with a good shower over the bath. ”Hotelli on lähellä kaikkia kauppat. Auton pysäköinti on helppoa. Itse hotelli on rakenettu 1700 luvulla ja historiallinen. Huonemme oli iso ja mukava. Ainoa puute oli pieni jääkaapi. Palvelu toimii. Ravintola ja ruokka on hyvä ja väki kohteliatta ja mukavia. Huulen heittoa toimii. Hissi ei ole mutta laukumme oli viettu huoneseen. Suositelemme.”

”This is a great place to stay. The rooms were motel style so open the door straight outside which was perfect as we had our 5month puppy with us. Dog friendly too, could take her into the pub. On arrival, in our room was a dog bed, two dog bowls, dog towel and a doggy welcome pack - great touch. Our room was comfy and had everything we needed. ”Large very clean room with nice en-suite shower and wc. Room also had a small table and chairs and sink with kettle, tea, coffee and cutlery and plates. Bed was very comfy. Only two small things. Loose towel rail and toilet seat not fully secured. Jackie on check-in very helpful with any information we needed including helping us with bus information and where to eat. ”

”If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. ”St Marys Gate Inn looked extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming in the photo's online. Believe me when I say, it is much much more when you arrive. Welcomed by Lola on arrival (we were much earlier than expected) we were shown a table for Sunday lunch straight away (Food is excellent both flavours and presentation).
