”What a pleasant place this was. We had food in the Dolly bar and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could want
If I was being picky it would of been lovely to of seen outside lights from the bar so you could see the river in the dark”

”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”

”Stayed in a pod with hot tub, great use of space and logs provided for the burner.
Outside area could benefit from some small touches like solar fairy lights, dry seating cushions and maybe robes.
Fabulous sleep, so tranquil, great breakfast, good selection and tasty , hot food.
Swimming pool was out of use, no partial refund was offered.
Overall a very pleasant stay.”

”We had a deluxe room with a patio. The room was large, but very dated and with stains and scuffs throughout. The patio was private (we weren't aware of that) so our bedroom opens up directly onto a shared patio which meant we couldnt have our curtains open to admire the view. The coffee machine was missing from our room as well.
The spa was nice, but very small. It was overcrowded when we went with people queuing inside the spa for beds / steam room, and also queuing to access the spa.
