”Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, great staff and excellent breakfast.”

”The bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. Staff were friendly. The hotel itself is aging so everything looks a little worn. The price was good however. I did have an issue with the toilet as it didn’t flush properly or consistently. Apparently it has been reported to maintenance.”

”Great location for restaurants and coffee shops, the morning breakfast was more than enough. Close access to the 400 which makes it easier for an out of towner not used to Barrie. I would stay again but ask for a room away from the parking lot.”

”Can't beat the price. The hotel and rooms seemed very clean. No parking fees, close to the highway. Front staff were very kind and patient. I would definitely stay here again. Reasons I didn't give 5 star rating We were told at check in that breakfast started at 6am. Next morning at 6 we went down and the front desk said it doesn't start until 7, but the vouchers they give you say breakfast starts at 6. ”Ice machine out dated along with out door appearance. Staff were fantastic.”

”Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.”

”We were unable to check-in right away when we arrived. We were early by 25 minutes, but had to wait 45 to get a room. They did upgrade us at that time. The room was good, but had a very strong chlorine smell that never dissipated. The room was quiet. A good breakfast was included. The area did have a few sketchy characters, but was convenient to shopping, the movie theatre, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly.”

Shout out to Summer who greeted us. She was very kind and insightful on where to go in Barrie in terms of shopping. Only note (which wasn’t a problem for us, I just forgot to mention it as we were leaving) was our bathroom at times smelled like cigarettes.
