”The room was awful; they were short-staffed; our room wasn’t ready when we checked in; and our bathroom started to overflow. And then we woke up to the sink overflowing and water everywhere. It has been the worst stay ever. We didn't even get a discount for the issues we had to move rooms in the middle of the night; it was just not good at all.”

”The only reason why I picked this hotel is because the price was low compared to the nearby hotels. You get what you pay for to say the least.
