”Hotel staff was very good. The Indian owned hotels like to cut on various costs and it is for few a dollars, they will ruin the reputation of a franchise. Just a simple example, in breakfast they had kids cereals, nothing like raisin barn or granola, it cost about two dollars extra for a box of cereals because hotel was empty. In fruits just apples. For milk I had to ask to fill the container. Just little things like this where there may be a difference of about 10-15 dollars but this is an...

”The room was not clean, in our room the ceiling had a water leak at some point and had not been fixed, the door to our room did not close properly and would not dead bolt. The staff was no help with kids running up and down the hall knocking on door At 11:45 at night. There was no parking at the hotel and were told to park off the property and walk.”
