Hallways had weird smell and was very strong, daughter left swimsuit in old room and we called and they said they would have someone check no one ever got back to us, called again they told me to go to findyouritems.com but we dont live in seattle so we left next day and asked again said she was getting someone to check and nothing...

Having the transit train right across the street made it very convenient to be able to go to T-Mobile Park for the baseball game. I like that they have a shuttle to the mall for free. Only thing I would like is to have a free breakfast rather than having to pay for it.”

”Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

”The hotel is located in a very quiet, secure, and convenient area. We arrived super early from a cruise and yet, our room was ready! The room was very spacious, great light, and felt luxurious! Awesome quality towels and robes. The bed was super soft, which was not good for me since I have a back injury and need a firmer bed. The facilities are all impeccable, we were 10 minutes away walking ti the Seattle Center. We felt safe at all times walking in that neighborhood. Raul in the front desk...

The only thing is we got a handicap room and weren’t told of that, but it didn’t really affect anything.
