”A lovely country pub. The landlady was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets in the room. The food was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. Even freshly brewed coffee which you do not get in hotels. We were pleasantly surprised.”
”Excellent short, one night stop here, arrived about 1800, check in was smooth and quick, staff helpful and friendly, only a short walk to the room. The room was massive clean and the bed very comfortable. It was Sunday night and there was a painter in the corridor decorating, but quiet and no bother. Room had all the expected; toiletries, towels, Wi-Fi, large tv and even a trouser press.
We were up and out at 0600 the next morning to race in a local triathlon at Belvoir Castle, night porter...
”We used The Red House as an overnight stopover point to break up a long journey from 'up North' back down to the south coast. The building is 200+ years old and Grade 2 listed so lacks some of the refinements you would find in a more modern establishment. However it was clean and tidy and suited our needs. The single beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast and a very friendly and welcoming host.”

We were travelling around Norfolk n wanted an hotel as a mid travel stop off. We couldn’t have found a better place. So much so we booked for our return trip.
