”Great vies but OVERPRICED for what you get. No sea view, no aircon, nor fan in the room, no robes, and a standard Kings size bed, rooms quite small and the window which you had to keep open, opened onto noisy back street. For the price of £300.00 per night I was expecting a little more luxury, which is certainly not how I would describe this hotel, nor my stay here and the price did not even include breakfast!!! Parking is a big problem too.”

”Loved it. The whole town was wonderful. Can’t wait to return, and surf here again.”

”Lovely room. Nice pub. Food good. EV charger was a definite benefit as well as coffee machine. Make sure you ask how to work the bedside lamps if not told!!”

”Patio and patio fence are badly unkempt (with overgrown weeds and loose timber). Half the oven didn't work, either. Sykes Cottages were appalling at dealing with the issues when raised - could have been quickly sorted by efficient maintenance. A shame, as it's a great holiday house.”

”Simple and effective for our needs, bed was uncomfortable but appreciate that is personal preference. Clean and Tidy.”
