57 Trevithick Court is a comfortable holiday home, set all on one level in a quiet location within the grounds of Tolroy Manor, the chalet has a larger than average patio, good for bird watching. Great for couples or families, with facilities such as a pool, playground, laundry, restaurant and bar on site and just over a mile from Hayle, with its stunning beaches, fabulous food and abundance of local and independent shops. The property has dedicated Wifi and your well-behaved dogs are welcome.

With two bedrooms (one double and one twin room), open plan living/dining/kitchen space, plus a shower room, the bungalow offers level access from the front of the property.

This great setting is well placed a to explore West Cornwall, both St Ives and Penzance are a short drive away, with the rugged scenery of West Cornwall beyond easily accessible from Tolroy Manor. 57 Trevithick Court is perfect for those who enjoy the convenience of on site facilities as well as the proximity to beaches and local attractions.

Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: An open plan area with two comfy sofas, a coffee table, a TV, plus a dining table and four chairs. French doors open on to the large patio set in a quiet spot. The kitchen is well equipped, including an electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
Bedroom 1: With a double bed, hanging space and storage. This room has views across the patio to a grassed area.
Bedroom 2: With two single beds, plus hanging and storage space. There is a door to the rear of the property.
Shower Room: Offering a shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Outside: A large south east facing patio with a picnic table and bench, a great spot for bird watching. There are parking spaces approximately 100 metres from the chalet.

Good to Know: This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. If you are bringing more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information - All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
