”We only stayed one night here, but it is handy to some of the best places to see in West Cornwall and also is a two-minute drive from a beautiful beach. Our apartment was basic, no-frills but clean and perfectly adequate for a family spending most of its time outside. Actually, even if we'd stayed in, the place would have been fine for hanging out. It also has laundry facilities downstairs.”

”House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. It lacked a highchair but was promptly brought to us when we queried. The Tolroy manor was great as a whole, lovely food and drinks, some entertainment for the kids, although we went slightly out of peak season so live entertainment hadn't started yet. Staff were all very friendly. Overall, we would stay again, it's a fantastic location to visit many attractions fairly locally. Thank you for having us!”

”Accommodation is light and airy and contained all we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well kitted out. Loved the shower room downstairs which was great when returning from a day at the beach. The location was good too being central to a number of places we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

”The property is perfect for a family group. There’s plenty of communal space in the living/dining/kitchen area, but also privacy in the respective bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and the view across the harbour is fantastic. 5 mins from Gwithian Beach, 5 mins from the St Erth to St Ives train line and 5 mins from the A30. Would recommend, and already have!”

”Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in diesem Haus. Es liegt direkt am Meer und von der Terrasse kann man sich die wundervollen Sonnenuntergänge anschauen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für 8 Personen.Einzig zu beachten ist, dass keine Handtücher gestellt werden. Wir haben uns einfach welche im nächsten Supermarkt gekauft.”

”Great property for larger groups. Communication with owners was excellent. Provision of milk and toiletries was a very welcome surprise after a long journey to the property. Spacious downstairs living and dining area. Kitchen although compact was well stocked and had everything needed. Washing machine was a godsend. A freezer compartment would have been ideal for ice packs to facilitate cooler box beach picnics but not a major issue. Bedrooms were of adequate size with more than ample clothes...
