Waiting 15 minutes for someone to check us in. Walked into the room and noticed right away it wasn’t very clean just by the smell of stale air and mildew. In the bathroom the shower head was covered in mildew, hair all over shower walls, around the toilet was disgusting and moldy, dropped something on the floor and looked up while under the sink and it’s full of mold. Main room was too bad at first. Found trash and someone wallet full of money (turned into front desk) under the beds, pulled sheets back and the fitted sheet was filthy and had dried boogers on it. Thankfully we always bring our own just incase. The heater smelled like it was on fire everytime it kicked on. Tried to turn the fan on so it would drown out noise to sleep and it screeched and smelled so we turned it off completely. The fridge made a loud clicking noise every 10-15 seconds all night. You could hear every noise in hallways and from other rooms. I heard someone knocked on the door every hour all night long. Checkout was at 11, at 930 housekeeping walked into our room even after we yelled 3 times no thank you. Was just overall the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
