”A unique hotel. The inside, whilst being modern with all the amenities you would expect and more, still maintains a 'castle' feel. The staff were super friendly and attentive and provided sound advice when asked about the local area. A good choice for breakfast, which was excellent. A really fantastic stay.”

”I came in on the late ferry arriving just before midnight, expecting a room key left on the desk; nope, a sweet lady greeted me & carried my suitcase up to my room. Didn’t expect that so late in a small hotel in a small village. Room had everything I needed. They were fine with me leaving my suitcase for a while in the morning while I went for a walk. Gemma and John and all their wonderful staff made us feel ever so welcome and looked after everyone with tip-top efficiency. Beautiful location, delicious breakfast, immaculate room, wonderful people - it was all beautiful, very special and we won't be staying anywhere but Lovesgrove when we're back in Wales!”
