”Booked this hotel for a very short 1 night stay in Eugene. It is a “motel style” property with rooms accessed from the parking lot, which meant it was noisier than I prefer, but it was fine for the one night. Room was clean, not fancy. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast included and quite nice. Overall, I would stay there again if in need for a similar short duration.”

”Staff was extremely rude about having a guest with me. She accused me of "violating their shower policy". I'm the only one that used it. Who has a "shower policy"? She kept walking up to me and saying I lied to her. She even walked to the end of the block to see where I was going. Didn't feel safe there, I left after to hours and found a different hotel.
Do not stay here.”

”March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Floors 2 and 4 were out of commission and only the 3rd floor was available. No excerise equipment in rooms, as expected in Even hotel room AND no weight room available because that was on the 2nd floor. The staff was very helpful, from housekeeping to front desk. But buyer beware, construction will continue for several months and...
