”This was the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Cigarettes and animal piss. Yucky. Relieved when the concert was cancelled last night and we went home. Can’t believe I paid $250+ for this. If you need a hotel in Shakopee and this is the only one left, you’re better off sleeping on a park bench.”

”This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Pics on the website were NOT AT ALL what you get. Staff were pleasant, but that’s it!!! The place and people that were getting rooms there were very sketchy! My teenage Grandchildren were absolutely terrified being there! I will never step foot in there again. Bed was HORRIBLE, Cable TV never worked the whole 2 nights we were there. Carpeting was so disgusting!”

”An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!”

”Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.”

”I feel like the pictures were very deceiving. We had a room that overlooked the pool area so we had zero natural light from a window. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the bathroom because of how gross it was. Same with the pool/spa area. The whole place felt extremely dirty. Our room smelled like we had a heavy smoker living there so it was super musty smelling. Overall not a great experience and I don’t have a very high bar for hotels. ”We went down to eat breakfast at 7:45 am. There were only 2 containers of coffee and both were empty. We told someone on the staff that there was no coffee. The person said someone from maintenance would get the coffee. We waited and waited and finished breakfast but still no coffee. The man at the front desk had a thick accent and we didn't understand his explanation about why there was no coffee. This was a better than average size motel.
