”There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again.”

”So i irrived to a bed. Good start. Anne franks attick would be the ritz compared to this. Tv didn't work, heater didn't work, dispite me being advised to plug it in by the lady on reception. This turned out to not be a problem as she worked out how to put the heating on permanently for the next 2 day. Breakfast on the 1st morning wasn’t something id normally spend 7 quid on as it leaked oil from everywhere, i didn't have a 2nd Breakfast as the other guest sitting with his 4 pint cans of Stella...

”I found some nail clippings on the carpet at the side of the bed. Wall was stained with a large coffee splash. Very poor soundproofing between rooms. Rooms and bed quite small, heating didn't work so room was cold. No fridge. Breakfast was particularly poor. Watery, tasteless orange juice. Bacon tasted only of salt, sausages cheap and tasteless, stale loaf left out from one day to the next.”
