”The place called Yering Chateau Hotel is very interesting old building with the riches of history and amazing food for dinner also breakfast. Walked around to visit Yering Station and Wine Cellar to buy some sparking wine and Port which grow and manufactured at wine growing farm and brewery, we visited. ”I stayed with my 3 year old son and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and overall quality of the room, especially for the price. I had a negative view of staying at accommodation 'at a pub' but the rooms were great, there was no noise, and the room service food was amazing and hot. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend.”

”Pleasantly surprised by this recently renovated pub accommodation, which is an absolute bargain. Definitely five stars in context. Comfortable beds and pillows, quality toiletries and clean bathrooms. We were apprehensive about shared bathrooms but with just seven rooms we didn't encounter fellow guests over the two nights we stayed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again as the location is perfect!”

”We arrived late so only saw the property the next morning before we left. What we saw looked great. Check in was easy especially as it was dark. Communication with the host was great. Facilities were great, especially the huge shower head. The only thing I would have liked were more kitchen facilities eg a toaster and bowls. Overall it was lovely and we would definitely stay again. ”

”Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...
