Amazing ski access without the crowds and the hassle. 3,573 total square feet of the house. This is the largest home in the Shores development and is a single-family home, not a duplex house with shared walls. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The new (2025) Mountain Mover pilot program offers ride services for residents and guests in specified Jordanelle areas to the Deer Valley East Village Ski. Download the free app to use—convenient transportation to the slopes from our locations. Golfers will appreciate the five top-ranked courses located within a 10-mile radius. Additionally, you can enjoy Blue Ribbon fly fishing on the nearby Provo River and explore endless mountain and valley trails.

The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The main floor primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bath, 32 TV, and stunning mountain views. The 2nd master has a king-size bed, private deck, master bath, and 32 TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and a 32-inch TV, and a trundle bed (sleeps 2). The 4th bedroom has a queen-size bunk bed and a bunk that sleeps 3 + plus a private bath with a bathtub. Total of 16! This house is perfect for one or two families staying together (or one family). The house has 3 floors; Viking appliances in the kitchen, a 42-inch plasma TV in the living room, an iPod wireless docking station, downstairs has a bar, with a pool table, and 42-inch Plasma TV with surround sound, and a private hot tub outside.

The Mountain Mover is a complimentary, on-demand winter shuttle service available for guests and residents in select Jordanelle/Deer Valley East Village areas, including the Shores Lakeside communities. It provides direct, stress-free transportation to the Deer Valley East Village ski lifts.
