"House had a cat pee smell. There was not enough toilet paper. Kitchen table was not clean. Kitchen amenities need replaced (pans rusty and scratched, few utensils). Not enough bath towels, and were stained. No dishwasher, I think it mentioned there was one. Bed was comfy. View was nice."

"Good stay for two nights in Heber Springs while in town for family funeral. Didnât spend much time at the property but the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Very accommodating for our large group and even a late cancellation for one room that wasnât able to make it last minute due ..."

"We stayed for one night and it is such a cut, cozy cabin with a beautiful view of the river. Its so relaxing and peaceful sitting on the porch. It looks like some renovations are being done on the docks. Our cabin was mostly clean. There were a few dusty areas that looked like it could be cleaned ..."
