”Everything is good”

”There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere.”

”Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. ”Clean, good breakfast for this type of hotel. Shuttle to and from airport worked well evennlate at night.”

”I booked a room for 4. Got one wash cloth. Was told every time I needed a new one I had to bring the old one up with me. Same as towels. When I told the front desk guy that I had 4 people. Told me it was policy. About 20 minutes after I told him to do his job in not so nice words. He called my room 20 minutes later and said he looked up their policies and I was correct, so I could come get enough for me and my kids to shower. Floors were dirty, bathroom was disgusting. Mirrors were dirty....

”Not very clean property, worst breakfast I've even tryed to eat. Old property but for the price not to bad.”

”Parking was free. They gave you a parking pass to put on your dashboard. It was a very convenient location. The pool was a little small, but it was not busy, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a mix of hot and cold foods.”

”This is a older hotel and it shows, the blanket, pillow cases, and sheets were very dingy, construction has most vehicle entrances blocked off, and you could only access the main entrance for entry to the hotel. I would definitely look to explore other hotels as there are several in the area, not what you expect when you stay at a Hilton property.”

”Hotel and staff were nice. We came from out of town for a festival and would definitely stay again! My only complaint is there was no elevator however that was my bad for not checking.”

”could not sleep all night because ac does not work saw 3 coackroaches in the room on the floor and in the bathroom. Also on the bed i saw somebody else s hair. Ac fan will not let you sleep from how loud it is I will file a complaint with osha and the health department about this facility”

”No room cleaning available during our 4 day stay. Nearly impossible to access the hotel parking lot because of inadequate signage for a big construction project.”

”Good location, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. My room was a little musty. Not sure if it was the ac or carpet. I did enjoy my stay.”

”Staff was great. Room was good, no continental breakfast instead you need to purchase breakfast from the bistro within if you want. Bistro didnt have anything we asked for on the menu not even coffee. so walked across street to McDonald's. Parking spots are in short supply.”
