Room 117 is next to exit door and every time somebody used the door it would slam shut and cause the wall (which the headboard was on) to shake. Bathroom was disgusting, was of hair in tub drain, floor needs cleaned.

Staff was rude, walking in looked nice but smelled terrible. Our room was unacceptable, sticky spill on the floor, walls looked like they were dripping with filth, tub was disgusting- needs replaced. The bathroom door had tape on the handle!!! Toilet was dirty on the inside and out and the towels ...
