”Starting with the positive: The staff was fantastic (hard working and very personable) and doing their best despite an obvious lack of resources. But the hot tub was broken, the A/C unit in our room had a mildewy smell and the furniture was stained. ”The room’s floor was not mopped prior to my check in. At least 20 spots were on the floor throughout the room and they were easy to see. They were liquid spills that dried. ”
